We do everything to offer you an extraordinary culinary experience and for that our Catering Chef Jean Christophe is there for you,
of course, you can contact him if you wish.
Before arriving at Sablé, he worked for Thierry Breton in Le Mans. In the past, he has also worked in large establishments and has practiced in Switzerland but also in Saudi Arabia.
